NW Affiliate
An affiliate and creator program that lives in your store
Affiliates, influencers and content campaigns for WooCommerce, with a dedicated portal for creators, tiered commissions and organized payouts.
Part of the NaturalWeb suite for WordPress
Creator campaigns get lost between spreadsheets and messages
Who sold what, with which coupon, how much they're owed and whether they've been paid: as an affiliate program grows, those questions get answered by digging through chats and cross-checking spreadsheets by hand.
NW Affiliate brings all of that into a system inside your WooCommerce and gives each creator a portal where they see their sales and commissions without having to ask you.
What it does
Affiliates, influencers and campaigns
Manage people, content campaigns and their results from the WordPress admin.
Creator portal
A dedicated app on your subdomain where each creator sees their sales, coupons and commissions.
Tiered commissions
Commission rules and tiers that rise with each affiliate's performance.
Attributed coupons
Every sale with the creator's coupon is attributed and added to their settlement.
Payouts
Organized settlements and creator payouts, including abroad via Global66.
Exports
CSV of sales, commissions and payouts for your accounting or marketing team.
How it works
- 01
Invite your creators
Each one gets portal access and their coupon or link.
- 02
Sales are attributed automatically
Every order with their coupon counts toward their account under the program rules.
- 03
Settle and pay
Review the period, approve and pay. The creator sees the status in their portal.
No weight on your store
It loads no scripts on the public site: attribution happens server-side and the portal lives separately.
Your data, your WordPress
Sales, creators and payouts are stored on your site, not on a third-party platform with a monthly fee.
Built for content campaigns
Not just link affiliates: influencer campaigns and their tracking too.
Frequently asked questions
Do creators need a WordPress account?
They sign in to the portal with their own access; they never see or touch your store's admin.
Can I pay creators outside Chile?
Yes, the payout flow supports Global66 for international transfers.
Does it work with my existing coupons?
Yes. Link existing coupons to each creator and sales are attributed from there.
