NW Envíos CL
Region-based shipping for WooCommerce, the way Chile charges it
Flat rate per region, free shipping above a net minimum up to a maximum weight, and cargo insurance as a percentage. With the “You're $X away” notice that nudges the sale.
Part of the NaturalWeb suite for WordPress
Generic shipping plugins don't think about VAT or regions
Setting up 16 regions with weight rules, amounts with and without VAT and cargo insurance in a plugin designed for another country ends in tables nobody can maintain and customers seeing a cost they didn't expect.
Envíos CL solves exactly the Chilean case, with one region table and rules that read the way you'd explain them out loud.
What it does
One table, every region
Rate, free-shipping minimum and maximum weight per region on a single screen.
Free shipping above a net minimum
The threshold is set net and the plugin compares it to the VAT-inclusive value after discounts.
Cargo insurance
A percentage of the order value from the amount you set, added to the shipping cost.
“You're $X away” notice
In the cart and checkout, based on the customer's zone, to raise the average ticket.
Clear labels
“Home delivery”, “Free shipping + Cargo insurance”, with a description and the carrier's logo.
Classic and block checkout
Works with the classic cart, with builders like Bricks and with the block checkout.
How to migrate
- 01
Import your current setup
Coming from Flexible Shipping? One button brings your rates into the table for review.
- 02
Add the method to your zones
It's created but disabled: checkout doesn't change until you decide.
- 03
Switch in one click
Enable NW Envíos and disable the previous method. Don't like it? Switch back with another click.
No checkout surprises
If the order exceeds the region's maximum weight, the method doesn't show instead of charging wrong.
Net costs, Woo handles VAT
All costs are entered net and WooCommerce adds shipping VAT as it should.
Reversible
The migration is designed so you can roll back in one click without losing the previous setup.
Frequently asked questions
Does it integrate with a carrier?
Envíos CL calculates and shows the cost by your rules; it doesn't create the shipping order. It works with whatever carrier you use.
Can I also offer store pickup?
Yes. It coexists with other WooCommerce methods in the same zone, like pickup or express delivery.
What about very heavy orders?
Above the region's maximum weight the method isn't offered, so you can route those orders to a quote.
Are your shipping costs charged the way they should be?
We'll review your current setup and show you how it would look with Envíos CL.
